    Over the last couple of weeks someone has been circulating so-called BP oil claim forms in the Lake Charles area. While man, if not most medical claims associated with the Deepwater Horizon oil spill have been settled, someone is holding meetings around the Lake area trying to get people to sign up. But they're not too forthcoming when it comes to saying who they are or who they represent. Have you seen this video? A tourist's video depicting the wild antics of a south Louisiana tour guide has gone viral, catching the eyes of local officials.

The video, uploaded to YouTube by Stacy Hicks, shows a tour guide jumping into gator-infested waters with raw chickens and marshmallows. The guide can be seen feeding the alligators marshmallows from his own mouth.  

Hicks' Facebook page states the video comes from Airboat Adventures, a company specializing in airboat swamp tours in Jean Lafitte, La.

The video is quite controversial, drawing both praise and criticism. Many question the legality of the guide's antics. The video has caught the eye of local officials.

Jefferson Parish Councilman Chris Roberts said he is concerned about the safety of the tour guide and tourists.
