LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Las Vegas police, community members, friends and family are paying tribute Thursday to Officer Igor Soldo, who was one of three people killed in Sunday's shooting rampage.

Soldo is the first of the three victims being honored in services following the deadly shootings at a pizzeria and a Walmart in northeast Las Vegas.

A procession of Metro motorcycles and vehicles escorted a pickup truck that carried Soldo's casket, draped in an American flag-draped casket, from Palm Northwest Mortuary. The procession headed to Canyon Ridge Christian Church for funeral services planned at 11 a.m.

Tweets among attendees at the service showed images of the funeral's program, which included a letter from his infant son.

"You're my hero. We didn't have much time together, but I will forever cherish the photos and videos you and mommy took," signed Logan, Soldo's son.

In addition, a collection of Soldo's friends from Metro and from high school shared stories and tributes of the fallen officer.

Police said 31-year-old Jared Miller and his wife, 22-year-old Amanda Miller, shot and killed Soldo, 31, and 41-year-old Officer Alyn Beck, as the officers were eating lunch at a pizza parlor near Nellis Boulevard and Stewart Avenue.

Investigators said the Millers then walked across the street to a Walmart, where they shot and killed Joseph Wilcox, 31, who was carrying a concealed weapon, when he tried to stop the couple.

Soldo's funeral is expected to include police honors and then an escort to Palm Mortuary Northwest on Jones Boulevard. Soldo will be cremated.

Beck's services were scheduled for 9 a.m. Saturday at The Smith Center. His body will be taken from the Palm Mortuary on Main to the Smith Center, and it is believed there will be an escort. Beck will be buried in Wyoming.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, both services will be open to the public, however, law enforcement will be given priority seating.

Funeral arrangements for Wilcox have not yet been announced.
