LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) - An East Texas woman plead guilty in court and was released from jail Tuesday.

Charity Ann Johnson, the 34-year-old who posed as a sophomore at New Life Christian School in Longview, plead guilty to failure to identify/giving false, fictitious information Tuesday.

Johnson used a false identity with multiple families, a woman's shelter, and a Longview school. Police said Johnson gave officers the name "Charite Stevens" and a birth date of November 24, 1997. This is the information Johnson used to enroll at New Life Christian School.

After serving 29 days in jail, Johnson has been released.
