City Watch issued for missing woman

(WMC) - Memphis police issued a City Watch for a missing woman. Joanna Martin was last seen on June 3 at the Sycamore Lake Apartments, in the 2100 block of Westchester Circle.

Martin is 61 years old, 5'2, 133 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. It is unknown what she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.

The victim has mental issues that require medication and is known to frequent the VA Hospital.
