Chef Jeff has something special in store today. Here's a recipe for his Famous Crab Cakes:


3 lbs. jumbo lump crab meat

1 doz. cage-free farm eggs

6 oz. mayonnaise

4oz. sour cream

4 oz. Dijon mustard

6 oz. smoked barbeque sauce

4 ea. red & green bell peppers

12 ea. jalapeno peppers

5 ea. red onions

3 bunches of fresh cilantro

8 ea. Mayer Lemons (for zest and juice)

2 boxes of Ritz crackers

Kosher salt*

Fresh cracked black pepper*
