VIRAL VIDEO: Lake Charles boy a dancing machine

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

Move over Pharrell, there's a new Farrell in town.

Lake Charles' Peyton Blake Farrell is a beast on the dance floor, and his parents say the 20-month-old is ready go on national television to prove it.

At an age when most children are trying to get a handle on walking, Peyton is entertaining family members, especially his 5-month-old sister Bree, with his dance moves.

Peyton attends daycare, but his mom records "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," and they watch it together every night. Peyton's parents, Blake and Kamin Farrell, asked him to dance and said they would send it to Ellen. This video is Peyton's challenge to Ellen.

No word yet if Ellen has accepted, but a word of warning to the day-time queen. Peyton has stamina and versatility, he has been known to "break it down" in his car seat or anywhere else the mood strikes him.

Peyton's favorite song is "Turn Down For What" by Lil Jon and DJ Snake, but he will move it to anything loud and with a good beat.

Nice weather on MondayNice weather on Monday

Through the rest of tonight, we will have clear skies with rain chances down to zero. Temperatures will cool down to the upper 30s to the low 40s tonight, so it will be cooler from last night. With the clouds clearing, that will allow temperatures to quickly fall. Frost is possible north of I-10! Monday will be another beautiful day! Highs will remain in the mid 60s with mostly sunny skies. There could be a few more clouds in the afternoon, but none that will bring any rain.

Eliminating hunger for thousands of our senior citizens and keeping their minds at ease-- that's the mission of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury's Food for Seniors service.
