LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

A 30-year-old Leesville man was sentenced in federal court Thursday for receiving child pornography.

U.S. District Judge Patricia Minaldi sentenced Elliot R. Duke to 20 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised released.

Duke pleaded guilty to the charges on Jan. 23.

Federal prosecutor Stephanie A. Finley said a search of Duke's computer revealed that he had been discussing and trading child pornography with other persons through email. Forensic examiners also found 168 videos and 187 still images of child pornography on the computer, Finley said.
