Saturday election preview, weekend fun, outdoor report

Happy Friday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here with a look at what's in store on today's Sunrise:

*Voters head to the polls again tomorrow to decide on a number of important issues, including the Sulphur mayoral run-off race.  We'll have a look at the ballots, including other tax votes.

*How would you feel about traffic cameras along interstates in Louisiana?  That's a proposal being debated by state legislators.  We'll tell you about the status of a bill to ban speed cameras.

*Also at the State Capitol, an effort to increase the state's minimum wage fails in a senate labor committee.  Find out how high some wanted to raise it and why it failed.

*From the Tour LaFitte bike ride to Derby for Dollars, Run for Others and much more - it's a jam-packed weekend across Southwest Louisiana.  We'll have the rundown of what's going on.

*Meteorologist Ben Terry tells us the weather this weekend will be fantastic!  Our outdoor guide, Hal McMillin, will join us for a live interview about fishing and boating safety.

Make it a Sunrise day!
