Sulphur man accused of setting fire to truck

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

A 36-year-old Sulphur man has been arrested on an arson charge, authorities said.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Kim Myers said Christopher Michael Kelly has been accused of setting fire to a truck on Common Street in Lake Charles on Jan. 22.

Myers said Kelly, who was arrested Wednesday, knew the owner of the truck.

Bond was set at $25,000.
