NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A man has been taken to jail after police say he threatened to shoot a man who was delivering an Xbox as part of a Craigslist exchange.

The victim came to a home on Dorchester Avenue in East Nashville to drop off the Xbox to the man who said he wanted to buy it. But when he got there, he reportedly ended up getting robbed.

Police say Eric McClendon told the seller to leave the gaming system on his front porch or he would shoot him.

The seller got scared and did what he was told, but called police after he left the home.

McClendon told police he had nothing to do with the crime. But his sister told police she saw him bring the Xbox inside the home.

McClendon was arrested on Thursday afternoon and is being held in the Metro jail on a $30,000 bond.
