Nationwide school report card issued, some local schools top list

*U.S. News & World Report has cast a dark and gloomy shadow in ranking our schools.  Louisiana falls third to last with public schools, but there is some good news with a handful of schools in Southwest Louisiana.  We'll tell you who tops the list as high performers.
