LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - How about a Kentucky Fried corsage to impress your prom date?

KFC has teamed up with Nanz & Kraft Florists to create the KFC Chicken Corsage. It's adorned with baby's breath.

The Louisville-based fast food giant uploaded a two-minute YouTube video introducing the new product. It has been viewed more than 250,000 times. Watch the advertisement here if you're using a phone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UJdUSxFbJbw

"Love can be awkward," KFC wrote in the YouTube video description. "Make it less awkward by surprising your date with a corsage that will make her eyes light up and her mouth water."

According to nanzandkraft.com, "Chicken not included (duh.). Each corsage kit includes a $5 KFC gift check so you can customize your corsage with Original Recipe, Extra Crispy or Kentucky Grilled Chicken. Whichever best matches her dress." The website goes on to say the baby's breath is fresh if purchased locally. Silk baby's breath is used for out-of-town corsages.

Only 100 KFC Chicken Corsages are available at $20 each.

Many parents are angry after finding out there is a chance their child might not be able to attend pre-kindergarten for the upcoming school year.

A family's income has to be below 185 percent of the federal poverty guidelines to be accepted into a pre-K program with Calcasieu Parish Schools.

Unfortunately, many families who applied didn't meet those requirements, and have received a letter saying they've been wait listed.
