Early morning fire in Iowa, missing disabled man, e-cig ban

Good Thursday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here with a rundown of what's in store on today's Sunrise:

*Firefighters are at the scene of a house fire in Iowa this morning.  We have video from the home as flames engulf it and a nearby school bus.

*A disabled Lake Charles man is still missing this morning and Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's deputies are asking for your help in locating him.  We'll share the description of 67-year-old Stephan Brown and tell you where he was last seen.

*A wide range of items are on today's agenda at the legislative session in Baton Rouge from retirement for judges to alcoholic ice cream and e-cigarettes.  Find out about a proposed ban for minors with e-cigarettes as they gain popularity.

*You might remember the recent story of a 26-year-old Sulphur man wanted in connection to charges of theft and giving a false name - that caused a lot of problems for the man whose name he used.  We'll tell you about the capture of Jacob Hastings in Lafayette.

*He's being called "Louisiana's kissing congressman" and now there's a push for Vance McAllister to resign.  Who's behind it?  We'll have that answer.

Make it a Sunrise day!
