CALCASIEU PARISH, LA (KPLC) -

A 21-year-old Lake Charles man has been arrested on charges of domestic abuse aggravated assault and domestic abuse battery with child endangerment, according to records from the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

Treylen Jarez Harris was arrested by city police Thursday morning at a local hotel.

Harris is also facing charges of second-offense illegal carrying of weapons and first-offense marijuana possession.

Bond was pending at the time the information was released.

 

Lake Charles man facing numerous charges

A 31-year-old Lake Charles man is facing multiple burglary and drug charges, authorities said.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Kim Myers said Dustin W. Bowdoin has been arrested on charges of two counts of simple burglary, two counts of theft over $500, two counts of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Myers said Bowdoin stole items from vehicles at a local casino parking garage.

"During the investigation, video surveillance captured Bowdoin entering the victim's vehicle and stealing items," Myers said Friday in a news release.

Bowdoin was found in a casino hotel room. Myers said that along with the stolen items, deputies found two bags containing methamphetamine, over 60 Viagra prescription pills and a digital scale.

"When questioned by deputies, Bowdoin confirmed to stealing the items," Myers said.

Bond was set at $67,500.

 

Texas woman charged with third-offense DWI

A 34-year-old Texas woman is facing charges of third-offense DWI and careless operation.

According to records from the Calcasieu Correction Center, Dawn Richelle Gilmore was arrested Thursday while driving west on Interstate 10 near Vinton.

Bond was set at $25,250.

 

Leesville man charged with soliciting without permit

A 67-year-old Leesville man has been charged with soliciting without a permit, authorities said.

Leesville police said Andrew Johnson Jr. was arrested Wednesday after asking a woman, who was using an ATM, for money to go out of town to visit a sick relative.

Authorities said they have had multiple dealings with Johnson for the same activity.

Bond was set at $5,000.

 

Arrest Reports

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

• Dionysha Michelle Fenner, 27, Lake Charles: drug possession with intent to distribute, two counts of drug possession, identity theft, resisting an officer by refusal to show identification, injuring public records, no license on person, no license plate, no proof of insurance, no registration, two non-moving violations. Bond: $91,450.

• Tyler Jamal Guillory, 18, Lake Charles: simple burglary, theft $500 to $1,500. Bond: $35,000.

• Brityn Seth Arnaud, 21, Lake Charles: two counts of drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, direct contempt of court. Bond: $25,000.

• Albert Ray Wheeler Jr., 32, Lake Charles: drug possession, obstruction of justice, two counts of resisting an officer, failure to signal. Bond: $20,000.

• Alvin Joseph Savoie, 43, Sulphur: violations of protective orders, simple criminal damage to property $500 to $50,000, simple battery. Bond: $20,000.

• Rosezetha Everett Jackson, 32, Lake Charles: drug possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, illegal carrying of weapons in presence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $15,500.

 

The Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

• Robert Bebee Jr., 21, DeRidder: burglary, simple escape, possession of stolen firearms, possession of firearms by a convicted felon. Bond: $100,000.

• Robert Bebee Sr., 53, DeRidder: accessory to simple escape, possession of stolen firearms, possession of firearms by a convicted felon. Bond: $100,000.

• Daniel Shuff, 36, DeRidder: meth possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $25,000.

• Amanda Guillory, 31, Singer: two counts of forgery, theft, unauthorized use of an access card. Bond: $20,000.

• Christopher Michael Orlando, 29, Lafayette: two counts of cyberstalking. Bond: $10,000.

• Christian Hendricks: Criminal neglect of family.
