MAGNOLIA, AR -

A 3-1 week that featured a win over Henderson State in non-conference action and a 2-1 series win over Southeastern Oklahoma has resulted in the Southern Arkansas baseball team holding their same ranking as last week according to the three polls that were released on Monday.

With that, the Muleriders (27-8, 14-7 GAC) remain ranked as high as No. 4 according to the D2baseballnews.com poll. Additionally, the Muleriders remain the No. 5-ranked team in the College Baseball Lineup poll, and the No. 7-ranked team in the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper poll.

The Muleriders will once again take part in a slate of four games this week. First up in that slate is a non-conference game with NAIA nationally-ranked No. 9 LSU-Shreveport on Tuesday night at Walker Stadium at Goodheart Field. First-pitch in that game is scheduled for 6 p.m. On the weekend, the Muleriders will hit the road for a three-game series at East Central.
