LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

A 32-year-old Lake Charles man is facing charges of third-offense DWI and hit-and-run driving, according to records from the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

Roberto Palacious-Pascacio was arrested by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office Friday night at his home.

Palacious-Pascacio was also charged with possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles and driving with a suspended license.

Bond was set at $52,000.

 

Lake Charles man facing host of charges

A 33-year-old Lake Charles man is facing assault, battery and theft charges, according to records from the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

Marlon Anthony Victorian was arrested by city police early Sunday morning in the 2200 block of 2nd Avenue.

Victorian was charged with simple burglary, motor vehicle theft, simple battery, aggravated battery, reckless operation, hit-and-run driving and driving with a suspended license.

Bond was set at $115,000.

 

Area man charged with theft, burglary

A 19-year-old Lake Charles man has been arrested on charges of motor vehicle theft, simple burglary, theft over $500 and obstruction of justice.

According to records from the Calcasieu Correctional Center, Devonte Jovon Coleman was arrested by city police at a home in the 3600 block of Kirkman Street Sunday morning.

Bond was set at $145,000.

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

• Joshua Lacure, 20, DeQuincy: two counts of theft over $1,500, possession of stolen things over $1,500, criminal conspiracy, simple burglary, simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, theft over $500, simple criminal damage to property under $500. Bond: $122,500.

• Daniel James Boudreaux, 21, Sulphur: drug possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, introducing contraband into a penal institutions. Bond: $80,000.

• Harold Lane Lyons, 49, Welsh: two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, first-offense marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $65,000.

• Pelatiah Moore, 30, Lake Charles: drug possession, disturbing the peace. Bond: $52,000.

• Donald Ray Harmon Jr., 30, Lake Charles: drug possession. Bond: $50,000.

• Jacob Miller Cox, 18, Lake Charles: armed robbery, armed robbery with a firearm, theft of a firearm. Bond: $40,000.

• Joseph Harvey Guidry Jr., 35, Sulphur: drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance. Bond: $30,250.

• David Kavanaugh Lee, 53, Lake Charles: aggravated battery, cruelty to juveniles. Bond: $30,000.

• Earl Arthur Miller Jr., 44, Lake Charles: theft under $500, resisting an officer by flight, flight from an officer, criminal trespass. Bond: $27,500.

• Jeremy Fountain, 29, Lake Charles: domestic abuse aggravated assault. Bond: $25,000.

• Daisha Nicole Calhoun, 20, Lake Charles: theft over $500, drug use in presence of juveniles, first-offense marijuana possession, criminal trespass, possession of stolen things under $500, parking in handicap space. Bond: $23,500.

• Jason Dale White, 32, Lake Charles: domestic abuse battery, three counts of drug possession, two counts of issuing worthless checks under $300, first-offense marijuana possession. Bond: $23,350.

• Jessica Whiddon, 32, DeRidder: second-offense marijuana possession, drug use in presence of juveniles, possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: $22,500.

• Albert Joseph Anderson, 31, Lake Charles: battery of an officer, resisting an officer. Bond: $15,000.

• Amy K. Carter, 24, Sulphur: three counts of drug possession, speeding. Bond: $12,750.

• Torhiana Rashawn Guillory, 19, Lake Charles: filing or maintaining false public records. Bond: $12,000.

• Brittany Nicole Joseph, 21, Lake Charles: theft over $500, drug use in presence of juveniles, first-offense marijuana possession, criminal trespass. Bond: $11,000.

• Bobbi Roberts, 19, Lake Charles: simple criminal damage to property $500 to $50,000. Bond: $10,000.

• Andrea Rashelle Miller, 33, Jonesboro, Ga.: aggravated assault. Bond: $10,000.

 

 

The Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

• Theo Anderson, 32, DeRidder: burglary of an inhabited dwelling, theft. Bond: $100,000.

• Tommy Shirley, 30, DeRidder: burglary of an inhabited dwelling, theft.

• James Watkins, 23, Moss Bluff: marijuana possession with intent to distribute. Bond: $75,000.

• Jason Runge, 36, DeRidder: possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond: $50,000.

• George A. Soileau, 38, Iowa: domestic abuse battery, criminal abandonment. Bond: $30,000.

• Charity Jones, 29, Merryville: battery of an officer, resisting an officer. Bond: $30,000.
