Two people dead after shooting at naval station

Good Tuesday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here with a look at what's in store on today's Sunrise:

*Two people are dead this morning following a late night shooting at a naval station in Norfolk, Virginia.  We will tell you what we know about the civilian gunman and the sailor who was killed.

*The deadline to get health insurance is fast approaching and if you do not sign up, you will pay a penalty.  The Louisiana Healthcare Education Coalition's Doug Wilkinson will join us for a live interview about the options in signing up and how to avoid the penalty.

*It's a heartbreaking story for the family of a young man killed over the weekend in a hit and run in Lake Charles.  You'll hear from 26-year-old Justin Brown's family as they search for answers.

*A bill that would ban the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors has cleared the state senate.  The measure would also add vaporizers and other alternative nicotine products to the list of items that cannot be sold to people under the age of 18.

*Meteorologist Ben Terry tells us it is going to be sunny and warmer today.  He'll also have a look at increasing rain chances in the forecast this week.

Make it a Sunrise day!
