Good morning!

Agnes DeRouen in the KPLC 7 Newsroom with a look at what we're working on for 7News@Noon.

The Coast Guard estimates as much as 168,000 gallons of oil has seeped into the waters 12 miles offshore in Galveston Bay. The leak happened Saturday when a barge carrying about 900,000 gallons of oil collided with a ship. We'll update those cleanup operations and explain how this spill is making it slow going for cruise ship passengers trying to depart from the Port of Galveston. You can also read more HERE and HERE.

Also today, a California dad fed up with his sons bully takes drastic steps. He's requesting a restraining order against a 9-year-old! Hear why he's taking the case to court HERE.
