LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

Authorities are looking for an 18-year-old Texas woman who was last seen in Lake Charles Sunday afternoon.

Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Bob Haenel said Jenna Borkowski was at a care facility in Texas when she went missing.

Haenel said Borkowski suffers from borderline personality disorder and depression and is considered an endangered subject.

"Borkowski, along with a juvenile companion, traveled to Louisiana by hitchhiking with truck drivers," Haenel said. "Borkowski was last seen at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. The juvenile has been returned safely."

Borkowski has been described as a white female with black hair and blue eyes. She is about 5-foot 7-inches and 215 pounds.

Anyone who has seen Borkowski is asked to contact the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office at 281-341-4665.
