Flood insurance bill on president's desk

Good Friday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here with a preview of today's top stories on Sunrise:

*A reprieve from rising flood insurance rates is a presidential signature away from happening.  We'll tell you about the individual property rate cap to prevent skyrocketing hikes in flood insurance prices.

*We'll hear more this morning from 25-year-old Corey Barron who is trying to clear his name after he says another young man used his identity when he was arrested.  How did this happen?  Find out the details of the arrest this morning and additional charges the man faces.

*There's a lot going on this weekend in Southwest Louisiana.  We'll tell you about the Sulphur Centennial and Iowa Rabbit Festival.  We'll be cooking with some of the festival organizers this morning in the Sunrise Kitchen.

*A manhunt is underway this morning for an escaped Louisiana inmate.  We'll share the description of 35-year-old Christopher Ricker and tell you how he was able to get away from custody.

*Meteorologist Ben Terry says we could see some possible severe weather over the weekend.  He'll pinpoint that in the forecast and let us know if we'll see some sunshine today.
