SULPHUR, LA (KPLC) -

Two Baton Rouge men are facing drug charges after they were found sleeping in a vehicle parked at a Sulphur gas station early Tuesday morning, authorities said.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Kim Myers said Alan Michael Johnson, 22, and Gerell K. Coco, 23, have been charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute.

Myers said deputies found a trash bag full of marijuana, 100 ecstasy pills and a large amount of cash in the vehicle.

"At approximately 4 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a Sulphur gas station regarding two men sleeping inside a car parked at the gas pumps," Myers said.

Bond was pending for both men.
