MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Jury selection will resume Wednesday in the Gary Lee Wilbourn capital murder trial.

The process started on Monday but was interrupted Tuesday when winter weather forced the Morgan County Courthouse to close.

Wilbourn is accused of hitting and shaking his 4-month-old daughter at his home in Lacey's Spring in Dec. 2008. The child died later at the hospital.
