Hoffman drug arrests, mall recharging stations, Ft. Polk survey

Good Wednesday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here with a look at what's in store on today's Sunrise:

*Four people thought to be connected to the drugs found in late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman's apartment are in police custody this morning.  We'll tell you about the raid and what was found.

*Prien Lake Mall is now helping customers stay charged and connected.  KPLC's Lee Peck will give us a tour of the new recharging stations.

*Fort Polk and Vernon Parish leaders are looking to the community to talk about educational concerns.  A survey is being conducted to address educational concerns and needs.  We'll tell you how you can have your voice heard.

*Bernie Tiede will be heading to court for the first time since he was convicted in 1999.  You may remember him as the McNeese graduate who murdered a millionaire whose story served as the basis for the film "Bernie."

*We'll take you to Sochi today ahead of the 2014 Winter Olympics that kick off Friday!  See how the final touches are being put on the stage for opening ceremonies.

*It's National Weatherperson Day!  We're celebrating our own Ben Terry - and he's celebrating the return of sunshine today.  He'll have your extended forecast that is looking brighter today.

Make it a Sunrise day!
