Critical blood shortage, body found, winter wx danger

Good Monday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here with a look at what's in store on today's Sunrise:

*Blood supply is at a critical level and with the predicted winter storms coming soon, Lifeshare Blood Centers needs more donations now.  Find out when and where you can help replenish the blood supply and help others desperately in need.

*A body found west of Lafayette in Iberville Parish has State Police investigating a possible homicide.  The man was found in a sugarcane field between Rosedale and Grosse Tete.

*There's another threat looming of winter weather for Southwest Louisiana.  Meteorologist Ben Terry says the entire Gulf Coast is under a watch today.  Find out when we could possibly see an accumulation of ice and snow.

*Sergeant James Anderson with Louisiana State Police Troop D is joining us in our 6:30 half hour to talk about what's being done to prepare for possibly dangerous weather conditions Tuesday and Wednesday.  He'll also tell us the overall impact of last week's winter weather.

*We're opening up the Sunrise Pet Shop this morning to introduce you to a furry friend in need of a home.  We'll also talk about what you need to keep your pets healthy during cold blasts.
