LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) - Over 2,000 people participated in today's first Lake Charles Color Vibe.

Outside the Lake Charles Civic Center, clouds of color sprayed through the air.

It's a 5k run that has a unique twist to a standard race. At the Color Vibe 5k run, runners are the color canvas.

KPLC's Erica Bivens will have more tonight at 6 on what the nationwide movement is all about.
