*The Department of Justice delivers another blow to Governor Bobby Jindal's school choice program this week in a newly filed brief. It has to do with desegregation orders. Find out the newest hurdle for the education reform plan today.
*We expect more information today on last night's wreck involving a Lake Charles police cruiser. It happened at the busy intersection of Lake Street and West Prien Lake Road.

An 18-wheeler that caught fire at Peto's Travel Center in Roanoke was completely destroyed. The fire started in the truck and spread to the trailer, said Jeff Davis Sheriff Ivy Woods. No injuries were reported. Woods said the truck was carrying some type of consumer products and included some batteries.
