Crime Roundup: Iowa man accused of sexual battery

A 36-year-old Iowa man has been charged with sexual battery, according to records from the Calcasieu Correctional Center.

Keith Dwayne Hebert was arrested Monday at his home.

He was released a few hours later after posting a $5,500 bond.

 

Arrest Reports

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

• Jose Cordova, 24, Houma: drug possession with intent to distribute, no license, non-moving violation. Bond: $51,000.

• Russell Craig Perkins, 24, DeQuincy: four counts of forgery, two counts of theft under $300.

 

Sulphur police reported the following arrests:

• Lawrence Lamor Leonard, 23, Sulphur: possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest.

• Briana Alyce Perry, 24, Sulphur: two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute.

• Byron L. Ray, 24, Sulphur: drug possession with intent to distribute.

• Andrew Austin Williams, 39, Sulphur: simple burglary.

 

The Beauregard Parish Sheriff's Office reported the following arrests:

• Corl Denson Jr., 19, DeRidder: felony theft, possession of stolen things. Bond: $20,000.

• Christopher Gower, 17, Fort Polk: simple burglary, theft. Bond: $25,000.

    Changes are being put in place at Prien Lake Mall for those under 17 years old. Mall officials say children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult after 6 p.m. Cinemark has also imposed a policy that no children under 17 may purchase tickets for a movie after 6 p.m.
