WOD's for TOTS

Cross-fit in the Bluff hosts "WODs for TOTS." Megan Cannon and Kate Valentine tell us why these event is so important, and how it is impactful not only in the cross-fit community, but also in the Southwest Louisiana community. All toys donated will be going to KPLC's Community Christmas Toy Drive.

Cross-fit is a community. When we can bring in the community outside of just our cross-fit box, it's very impressive and it teaches our younger kids what giving back is really about. - Kate Valentine
