LCB Academy students broadcast football playoff game

Good Evening,

Lee Peck in the KPLC 7 Newsroom with a look at what we are working on for Nightcast.

Barbe fans, who didn't get a chance to travel to last night's playoff game… didn't miss a thing. Broadcast students at LCB Academy of Learning teamed up with students in St. Charles Parish to stream it online. Tonight, KPLC's Monica Grimaldo shows you how these future broadcasters got a taste of the real thing.

Also, you think it's cold here… we'll show you how some parts of the country are getting their fair share of snow and the problems that come along with it. And, Meteorologist Cedric Haynes has an update on our chilly forecast.

And the McNeese Cowboys are on the road tonight at Lamar. Seth Lewis has highlights in Sports.

We'll see you tonight at Ten for these stories and more. Until then, we're always online at kplctv.com.
