Is the Cowboy defense ready for SFA's "dangerous" offense?

Posted: Updated:

During the McNeese press conference, Coach Viator described Stephen F. Austin as "scary" or "dangerous." Their offense is able to score high points, even when turning the ball over several times. Just take a look at last week's game against Sam Houston State. So, this almost puts an extra challenge on Cowboy defense.

"I mean they are a scary team like you said, they throw the ball a lot, and try to make things happen. When you have a team like that, anything can happen so you just have to play every series as one series, and try to stop mid-series and get off the field."-Guy Morgan

"I think they are a pretty good team, I don't think their record shows the caliber team they are. They've had some tough losses when they've turned the ball over a lot, but they are an offense that can put points up quick and that's always dangerous." -Terence Cahee
