Kraus said the information is still coming in and they are investigating the circumstances that led to the shooting.

Tanya Spencer, a neighbor, said she heard six to seven gunshots at exactly 7:38 p.m. She said she ran directly to her door but saw nothing and heard no vehicles screeching out of the neighborhood.
