CAIRO (CNN) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry made an unannounced visit to Egypt Sunday.
He's the highest ranking U.S. official to go there since the military removed President Mohamed Morsy from office.
Kerry was trying to reassure Cairo it has support - despite the U.S. suspending military aid.
Kerry's visit comes just a day before Morsy goes on trial.
