When a Jonesboro woman found a man sitting in her car Halloween night she didn't think it was a trick.

According to police, she knew he was up to no good and treated him to a beat down.

On Friday Judge Keith Blackman found probable cause to charge Chad Hensley, 23, with breaking or entering/articles from a vehicle, theft of $1,000 or less from a vehicle and public intoxication.

UPDATE (11/3/13): The Craighead County Sheriff's Department released the wrong mug shot when this information was originally released. We will update the story with Hensley's mug shot when we receive it.
