PHOENIX (CBS5/AP) -

A Valley real estate agent, charged with helping clients purchase a home with money made from drug trafficking, was released from custody Thursday.

The judge told Tanya Marchiol at a detention hearing she is not allowed to leave Arizona or make any purchases more than $500.

She won't be allowed to work as a real estate agent, must adhere to a curfew and will be under GPS monitoring.

Federal investigators said Tuesday that the 39-year-old Marchiol was indicted by a grand jury Oct. 8 on 11 charges.

The counts include conspiracy to commit money laundering, transactional money laundering and structuring financial transactions.

According to the indictment, two people approached Marchiol in 2008 about buying a home but helping them conceal ownership.

Dressed in a red jumpsuit with her hands and feet cuffed, Marchiol seemed in great spirits Thursday in the courtroom, where cameras were not allowed. She chatted with her attorneys and smiled at her loved ones. She didn't speak in court, only telling the judge she understood the conditions of her release.

"She's very happy to be released," said Clark Derrick, the attorney for 39-year-old Tanya Marchiol. "I think she feels good about her prospects for the future."

Marchiol's mother and some of her employees were in court Thursday. He said so far there are 94,000 pages of evidence in this case. The trial has been set for December. Even though this case has been publicized, Derrick said he's not too concerned about the court of public opinion having an impact.

"The majority of people think where there's smoke, there's fire, but that's why we have courts and why we have lawyers," Derrick said.

Marchiol has been a commentator on business and real estate for television networks, including Fox News and CNBC. On Oct. 9, she appeared on the CBS 5 Start Smart Morning News talking about the housing market.

She co-founded TEAM Investments, and her clients include Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb, according to the company's website.

Marchiol's media relations agency announced Tuesday it was severing ties with the woman.

Goldman McCormick PR issued a statement on Tuesday that said:

"We believe in innocent until proven guilty, however, based on the severity of the charges in the indictment we can no longer maintain a working business relationship with Ms. Marchiol. Ms. Marchiol was indicted by a grand jury on eleven charges on October 8th 2013 but, we just learned of this matter a few short hours ago.

"It came as a total shock and had we known about this information prior hand, we would have immediately ceased all media relations activities the moment it was discovered. As much as we love and respect our clients, we have an even greater respect for members of the media.

"We pride our longstanding relationship with media on the pillars of honesty, integrity, and passion. We would never knowingly allow anything or anyone to tarnish that. We cannot offer any comment on Ms. Marchiol's case."
