Cookie Hauser's Crock Pot Cassoulet
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 lb. beef cocktail smoky sausages
1 can (16 oz.) baked beans
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen lima beans
1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen cut green beans
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on high setting for one hour.
Reduce heat to low setting. Continue to cook for at least four hours or up to eight hours.
