Good Wednesday morning to you!  Britney Glaser here in the KPLC 7Newsroom with a look at what's in store on today's Sunrise:

*Recent heavy rains cause a mosquito outbreak in Southwest Louisiana.  Find out what area mosquito control crews are doing to get the problem resolved.

*Did you try to pick an insurance plan as part of the Affordable Care Act yesterday with no success?  You are not alone!  We'll tell you why some people could not complete transactions and what you need to do if you want to give it another try today.

*In our Sunrise Day Planner we will have the details of a couple of events you can check out today, including a performance at McNeese State University of "Antigone."

Make it a Sunrise day!
