MOUNT JULIET, TN (WSMV) -

All lanes of eastbound Interstate 40 are back open in Mt. Juliet after a crash involving several vehicles Friday afternoon.

The crash was reported about 4:30 p.m. near mile marker 225.

At least four vehicles were involved, including two tractor-trailers, police said. There was also a fuel leak following the crash.

The Tennessee Department of Transportation reported that the backup at one point was about 7 miles long, and the lanes were back open about 8:30 p.m.

There is no word on any injuries involved in the crash.
