US 31W paving could cause traffic delays

KYTC Press Release:

ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (WAVE) – Resurfacing work for US 31W (Dixie Hwy) north of Radcliff is scheduled to begin Sunday night, September 29.  In preparation for paving, contract crews will begin milling operations at 7pm each evening and work through 6am the next morning.  The section of work extends from mile point 33 (Meade County Line) to mile point 37 (Jefferson County Line). Crews will begin paving by midweek on the same nighttime schedule.

Drivers should slow down and be aware of workers and equipment in and near the work zone. Brief delays are possible.

Resurfacing operations could take one or two weeks, depending on weather conditions.
