CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

19 Action News Reporter Ed Gallek was the first to report that a judge just made a ruling regarding Castro's vehicles and the name of his young daughter appearing in court records.

In the meantime a new report is out on prison suicides.

The order removes the name of the daughter that Castro had with Amanda Berry from all public records.

Their daughter was conceived and raised in his Seymour Ave. home where he held them and two other women hostage for years.

Judge Michael Russo also cleared the way for Castro's family finally to receive his seven vehicles--cars and motorcycles, something promised when Castro plead guilty to hundreds of charges--even the murder of an unborn child.

A source close to the case says there had been some concern his stuff might end up for sale on the internet.

Castro committed suicide in prison.
