Can we expect more rain? - KPLC 7 News, Lake Charles, Louisiana

Can we expect more rain?

Good Afternoon,

Lee Peck in the KPLC 7 Newsroom with a look at what we are working on today.

We needed the rain, but some areas weren't prepared for how much we got overnight. KPLC's Haley Rush shows you the worst of the flooding in the Lake Area.

And as the water slowly recedes, the question remains – can we expect more rain? Meteorologist Cedric Haynes is standing by with a look at the forecast.

Plus, it's an expensive hobby that has people turning their heads. From classics to hot rods, and everything in between, more than 400 of show cars rolled into Lake Charles this weekend for the Annual Midnight Fantasies Car, Truck & Bike Show. KPLC's Erica Bivens shows you the best of the best.

Also, everyone loves a big gator story. Tonight, a 13-footer is caught near Baton Rouge. We'll have the story.

We'll see you tonight at six for these stories and more. Until then, we're always on at kplctv.com.
