Fox to showcase Heart of Dallas Classic with La Tech, Army

Fox Sports and Conference USA officials announced Monday that Louisiana Tech's Sept. 28 game against Army in the Heart of Dallas Classic will be televised nationally on Fox Sports 1.

Last week the network announced the game would change to a 3 p.m. CT kickoff to accommodate TV.

The contest against Army will be held in the historic Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas. The broadcast will mark the third consecutive Louisiana Tech game carried on the new national 24-hour sports network.

Justin Kutcher (play-by-play), James Bates (analyst) and Brady Poppinga (sideline) will call the action, the same crew that will call the Sept. 21 game at Kansas which is also televised on Fox Sports 1.
