CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

19 Action News made stops in Ward 2 on the city of Cleveland's southeast side where incumbent City Councilman Zack Reed might be facing his biggest challenger -- his three DUI convictions.

Polls at both stops where empty. By 2:00 p.m. the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections estimated only 5% of voters had cast their ballots across the city.

The only voter we could find said she expects Councilman Reed to win re-election.

Reed is running against Marcus Henley, Stan Owens and Rodney White.

The top two vote getters in the primary will be in the main election in November.

Last week our Scott Taylor had a one-on-one interview with Zack Reed and asked, "Are you going to take another drink?"

Zack Reed answered no.

Councilman Reed says he's in treatment and won't drive drunk ever again.

He will head to jail for ten days for his 3rd DUI conviction on September 25.  Reed will also have to strap on an alcohol monitoring bracelet for a month.

If he drinks -- he will face more jail time.

His jail time won't mean a loss of his council seat.  The only way Cleveland will get rid of Zack Reed in Ward 2 is to vote him out of office.
