McNeese Proves Themselves - KPLC 7 News, Lake Charles, Louisiana

McNeese proves themselves

LAKE CHARLES, LA (KPLC) -

This Saturday, the Pokes were more than ready to get back in Cowboy Stadium and play in front of their faithful fans.

It was their home opener against Arkansas Pine-Bluff and the Cowboys had a good deal to prove that the win in Tampa wasn't just a fluke.

The offense racked up 528 offensive yards and they outscored their opponent in the 2nd half for the second week in a row.
But now it is time for McNeese to focus on the West Alabama Tigers and make any changes necessary.

McNeese hosts the Tigers this Saturday, Sept. 14 at 7 p.m.
