ETX man arrested for sexual assault of a child with 3 juvenile victims

Released by the Rusk County Sheriff's Office:

One 08/18/2013 a complaint was filed with the Rusk County Sheriff's Office of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a child with three juvenile victims. During the investigation, Investigator Sgt. Stinehour was able to obtain an arrest warrant from the Rusk County District Attorney's Office for the charge of continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child against the suspect; Barney Samuel Bradshaw, a 35 year old white male of Rusk County TX. With the assistance of the Eastern District U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, Barney Samuel Bradshaw was located in Gregg County and taken into custody on 08/29/2013 for the aforementioned charge, as well as a warrant from Tarrant County, Texas. He was then transported to the Rusk County Jail, booked and confined. On 08-30-12, a $500,000.00 bond was set for Bradshaw by Justice of the Peace Precinct 5, Judge Sorrells.


Gregg County records indicate that Bradshaw has been arrested in the past, including an arrest for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child in October of 2010. Records show that Bradshaw was arrested by the Kilgore Police Department.
