2-A-Days Preview: Green Oaks High School

Posted: Updated:

Big changes are happening for Green Oaks as head coach Cory Lewing begins his first year with the Giants. Lewing likes the commitment he has seen so far from his players this off-season.

"One thing about going into this season is that we are going to be a lot stronger, the kids really bought into the weight room," said Lewing.

Drawing from the success of former Giant Tradavious White at LSU, Lewing wants his team to open that giant door of opportunity.

"He's an inspiration he lets you know that anything is possible."

Treyvon Luckey said Tradavious has been one of the best athletes he's ever played with and has been a motivation for him this year. It's Luckey and the rest of the offensive lines job this season to protect t heir young quarterback, Jaylon Carey.

"He's made tremendous gains from the spring and hes working hard everyday to make himself better."
