Tyler traffic slowed after Old Jacksonville wreck

TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

Traffic is partially blocked Wednesday morning after a two-vehicle wreck on Old Jacksonville Highway.

It happened just before 9AM near the intersection of Old Jacksonville and Crow Road, which is between Rice Road and Grande Boulevard.

KLTV 7 reporter Melanie Torre, who is at the scene, says the wreck was between a maroon sedan and a black SUV, and that Tyler police and fire crews were responding.

Melanie reports that at least one person from the maroon sedan was taken away by ambulance.

At last report, both lanes of northbound traffic on Old Jacksonville was being diverted onto the southbound lanes.
