Countdown: Hours away from 2207 Seymour Ave. being wiped off the map

In just a few hours the 'House of Horrors' is coming down.

Crews are currently preparing to demolish the house where Ariel Castro held three women hostage for years.

We're told it will start sometime between 6:00 and 7:30 tomorrow morning.

It took crews all day to clean out the remaining contents of the Castro house, in the process filling up two large dumpster's.

Remember on Monday Castro family members were allowed inside to take out valuables like family pictures.

The stage is now set for what will be an early Wednesday morning demolition of this house.

"I want things to be like it were, quiet and peaceful. But to see that house go down it really will be a relief because I am so sick and tired of looking at it," said neighbor Henrietta Bell.

Henrietta has lived across from Castro for 13 years and had several conversations with him over the years.

"I don't want to see anything pertaining to what happened," added Henrietta.

We've learned Michelle Knight is not planning on being there to see it come down but Gina DeJesus and her family will be at some point.

"Thank God it will be over with. And tomorrow I will be there to see this house come down," said Felix DeJesus.

And neighbors seem to understand why the women might in fact want to be here.

"It's just a relief they can go on with they life, and live they life you know the way they want to live it. And be free and happy. And that's what I want for all of them," said Henrietta.

Rain chances increase MondayRain chances increase Monday

By tonight, rain chances will be low. We will start with partly cloudy skies, becoming mostly clear late. Low temperatures will be in the low 70s. A few places north of I-10 will be in the 60s. It will still feel muggy overnight, thanks to the humidity. There could be some areas of patchy fog in the early morning hours on Monday. As we go through next week, the big story remains warm temperatures.
