New details emerge about two Vinton high school trailers stolen in broad daylight, Sunday. Vinton Police Chief Ricky Fox says they have narrowed down the search to a suspect with a long criminal history out of Port Arthur last seen by law enforcement driving the same car as seen in the video. There is "a lot of damage" in Oakdale following a strong storm system that is moving through the area, said Chief of Police Joseph Lockett. Lockett said he believes a tornado touched down near Walmart on 165. Whether it was a tornado or high winds, it did a lot of damage. The roof of the Country Inn Motel was partially torn off.
