On Monday, July 8, 50-year-old Victor Sarvaunt entered a plea in a 2007 case involving the alleged molestation of a 6-year-old child.

Sarvaunt pleaded to one count of indecent behavior, which was amended from the charges he was indicted on in 2008. The 2008 charges consisted of two counts of aggravated rape and two counts of sexual battery.

In his plea, he did not admit guilt but rather agreed that there was enough evidence for a conviction.

Sarvaunt's sentencing is set for July 16.
