Britney's "Cool Coconut Pie"

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened

1 tbsp. sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 cup coconut flakes

1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 graham pie crust 
Beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well blended.  Add milk and mix.
Stir in coconut, whipped topping and vanilla.  Spoon into crust.
Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.  Remove pie from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
